Order Confirmation and Tracking:
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the order details. Once the order has been shipped, a separate email will be sent with the tracking information.

Order Cancellations
To cancel, contact us immediately at info@cevyer-living.com. Cancellations are only possible before your order has entered processing. Once processing begins, cancellation is no longer possible. If you decide not to keep the item after it has been delivered, you can request a return by following the steps described in the Return and Refund Policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
