Exchanges
To exchange an item, contact our team within 30 days of delivery with your order details:
Submit Request:
Email info@cevyer-living.com with your order number and the item you want to exchange.
Requirements:
- Item must be unused.
- Item must be in original packaging.
- All tags must be included.
Instructions:
Our team will provide the steps to return the item and ship the replacement.
Order Cancellations
To cancel, contact us immediately at info@cevyer-living.com. Cancellations are only possible before your order has entered processing. Once processing begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you decide not to keep the item after it has been delivered, you can request a return by following the steps described below.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@cevyer-living.com with:

- Description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
After verification, you can choose between a replacement or a full refund.
